Mr Robert D Millner, Chairman
Robert is the Chairman of Washington H Soul Pattinson and Company Limited and has been a non-executive director since 1984. Robert is also Chairman of Brickworks Limited, Choiseul Investments Limited, SP Telemedia Limited, New Hope Corporation Limited, Brickworks Investment Company Limited and Milton Corporation Limited. He is also a director of Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Limited.

Mr David J Fairfull, Managing Director
David has extensive experience in finance, investment and merchant banking. A former director of Kleinwort Benson Limited, a prominent UK merchant bank, and the managing director of Kleinwort Benson Limited's Australian operations, he has been retained as an adviser to numerous companies in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Pitt Capital Partners Limited, David held the position of CEO of The Glebe Administration Board for some 10 years. His directorships include SP Telemedia Limited, B Digital Limited, Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, Souls Private Equity Limited, Food and Beverage Company Limited, New Hope Corporation Limited, Stockland Trust Group and Washington H Soul Pattinson and Company Limited.

Mr Geoffrey G Hill, Managing Director

Geoff is Domiciled in Hong Kong and is responsible for the groups expansion into Asia. He specializes in the field of corporate financial advice, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring. Over the past 30 years he has worked in major merchant banks both locally and overseas. During this period he was Managing Director of Morgan Grenfell Australia and also a director of the Morgan Grenfell Group plc. Geoff has participated in the successful flotation of over 50 IPOs in Australian and international equities markets and facilitated raising in excess of $A1.0 billion in new issues and capital raisings. He has been the principal adviser or participant in over two hundred mergers and acquisitions. 

Prior to setting up Pitt Capital Partners, Geoff was Chairman and Managing Director of International Pacific Securities Group from 1987. Geoff is a non executive Director of a number of public company’s including Hills Industries Limited, Brickworks Investment Company Limited and Huntley Investment Company Limited. 

The group established its Hong Kong Office in 2004 and has been active in the region in both corporate finance and investment since that time. Geoff is Chairman of Pitt Capital Asia Limited and a Director of Asia Property Investments Limited.

Mr Peter R Robinson, Non Executive Director
Peter joined Washington H Soul Pattinson and Company Limited in 1978 and was appointed a director in 1984. Peter is also Chairman of Clover Corporation Limited, Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Limited and Keith Harris & Co Limited and a director of Apex Healthcare Berhad (Malaysia), New Hope Corporation Limited and SP Telemedia Limited.
