A former director of Kleinwort Benson Limited, a prominent UK merchant bank, and the managing director of Kleinwort Benson Limited's Australian operations, he has been retained as an adviser to numerous companies in a variety of industries. His directorships include SP Telemedia Limited, Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, Gazal Corporation Limited, NBN Limited, New Hope Corporation Limited, Stockland Trust Group and Washington H Soul Pattinson and Company Limited.

Geoff specialises in the field of corporate financial advice, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring. He has been the Principal adviser or participant in over two hundred mergers and acquisitions. This includes managing Bancorp Holdings Limited, Morgan Grenfell Group, International Pacific Securities, Geoffrey Hill & Associates and Pitt Capital Partners Limited. He has participated in the successful flotation of over fifty Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in Australian and international equities markets and facilitated raising in excess of $A1.0 billion in new issues and capital raisings. Geoff has been a member of the Securities Institute of Australia since 1969. He has considerable experience in the European, North American, Asian and Australian sectors having lived and worked in London, New York and the Asia/Pacific region.

Bill has extensive experience in corporate finance and corporate advisory services, including advice on and implementation of mergers and acquisitions, takeover bids and defences, divestments, valuations, reconstructions, financial structuring, raising finance, stock exchange listing and corporate planning. Bill has previously held directorships with International Pacific Securities Limited, Morgan Grenfell Australia Limited and executive positions with Australian International Finance Corporation Limited and Commercial Continental Limited. His general commercial and accounting experience includes employment with Amoco Australia Pty Limited, a petroleum refiner and marketer and with a chartered accounting firm.
Bruce Gould CPA, A Fin, FAICD, AICM
Bruce has over 30 years experience in merchant banking. He has extensive experience in finance, property, corporate advice, stock exchange listing, financial restructuring and funds management.
Bruce was a former director of Kleinwort Benson Australian Limited and held executive positions with Security Pacific Australia Limited, Australian International Finance Corporation Limited and Westralian International Limited.
Robert Westphal B Com FCA F Fin MAICD
Robert is a Chartered Accountant and was a partner of Ernst & Young for 25 years and a director of Ernst and Young Transaction Advisory Services Limited prior to joining the SPEL board. He has extensive experience in the corporate finance field. Mr Westphal has been a director of Souls Private Equity Limited from 12 April 2005.
Robert is also non-executive Chairman of Hydramatic Engineering Pty Limited and Chairman of Queenswood School for Girls Limited. Mr Westphal has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Fellow of the Institute for Chartered Accountants in Australia as well as a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Financial Services Institute of Australia.

Brent Smith B.Bus, F. Fin.
Brent has over 7 years experience advising local and international companies in the corporate finance, underwriting, mergers, acquisitions and project finance areas. During this time he has worked on a number of key transactions in the financial services, mining, pharmaceuticals and general industrial sectors.
Prior to joining Pitt Capital Partners, Brent worked at ING Investment Banking and has also held various analytical roles in the commercial sector with Lion Nathan and Coca Cola.
Edwina Kho B.COM, CA, F Fin
Edwina is involved in the development and execution of assignments in the underwriting, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions area. In addition, Edwina has been involved in the development of Pitt Capital Partner’s business in Asia, which stems from her experience in Singapore working at Deloitte Corporate Finance and Arthur Andersen Global Corporate Finance. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a Masters degree in Applied Finance and Investment.

David is responsible for the development and execution of assignments in the corporate finance, underwriting, mergers, acquisitions and project finance areas. He has worked closely with Ruralco, SP Telemedia and Clover. Prior to joining Pitt Capital Partners, David was involved in a number of start-up businesses funded by venture capital.
Andrew Fairfull B.Com, MAICD, SA Fin

Andrew is the General Manager of PCP's Private Equity Division. He is responsible for the day to day management and investment analysis for Souls Private Equity Limited.
Andrew has been involved in the Washington H. Soul Pattinson Group for over 10 years, holding positions as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with several group companies. During this time Andrew has been involved with numerous IPOs, Capital Raisings, Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestments and Joint Ventures.
Prior to joining the Soul Pattinson Group, Andrew spent 6 years within a Chartered Accounting firm.
Andrew brings operational and financial experience to the Management of the Souls Private Equity portfolio.
Matthew Hill MBA, SA Fin, FAIC
Matthew is Business Manager – Private Equity. Matt is responsible for day to day, identification and management of the investment processes for S.P.E.L. This includes Review, Selection, Identification, Evaluation and Strategic Review of Investment opportunities. Matt is an MBA and has been involved in a number of high profile startups in the media industry and has expertise in the resources and New Media/Telco sectors and startups.
Matt is on the Board of Heritage Gold Mining and an Affiliate of the Securities Industry of Australia.
James Millner B.Bus, A Fin 
James commenced his corporate finance analyst role at Pitt Capital Partners in 2005 and was previously a trainee with the company starting in 2003. James is responsible for research and financial analysis in both Merchant Banking and Private Equity. James is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment through FINSIA.
